Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. You’ll find full details of our delivery charges here. To enable security of your goods, we are unable to leave parcels outside your front door or anywhere visible or insecure.
Your order will normally be despatched within 3 working days. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, or if an order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. For a refund or exchange, all goods must be returned. Claims for non-delivery must be made 2 weeks or more after your order date. Please telephone your enquiry on 0151 350 6202.
A signature will be required on delivery of all parcels, please ensure someone will be in to sign for the parcel. Parcels can also be delivered to an alternative address, i.e. work address. Or the parcel could be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place. (Please specify somewhere safe, e.g. in garage, shed). For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail up to 3kg in weight & Parcel Force or TNT Express for parcels over 3kg.
We accept the return of faulty goods for a replacement or refund and will exchange clothing for an alternative size or colour. We cannot accept the return of incomplete or out of date training packs.
